Casa la Glinicia is a gem of an apartment! It is large, extremely clean, bright and includes all amenities you could need for a most comfortable stay. It is within walking distance of Alhambra, Albayzin, City Centre, the Cathedral, shops and restaurants. Carlos is a most gracious host, attentive to making sure your visit will be a memorable one. He spent time with us reviewing maps, time schedules and later arranged a taxi for our departure to the airport. The entire experience spent at Casa la Glinicia was outstanding!! Highly recommended!!
Wonderful apartment in a great location. Quiet, private, nicely furnished with good airconditioning. It's spacious, bright and clean, and the location is fantastic - an easy walk to the Alhambra, the Cathedral and city centre. There are plently of good restaurants and cafes in the neighbourhood which is safe and friendly. Carlos the owner is a delight to deal with - all emails & texts were responded to promptly, and he's a great source of good local info and suggestions. Highly recommended and good value, I'll be returning.
The patio was pleasant and not too over looked. A nice place to have an evening drink and eat a quiet meal.
The apartment felt very secure and everything worked without issue, including the very adjustable air-conditioning.
We encountered a personal issue which meant one of us needed to see a doctor urgently. Carlos was very accommodating, to the point of even calling a taxi to take us to the hospital. He met us on time and also called a taxi for us to the train station. He was a pleasure to deal with and without him our stay would have been much less of a success. Carlos gave us a brief overview of the area on arrival. Wonderful place!!
We were exceptionally pleased with the standard of this apartment. It was very clean, modern and spacious.The extra touches were very welcome (free fruit, tea, coffee, DVDs to watch on the large TV). The apartment is well laid out with the living area separated from the bedroom. The bed was comfortable, as was the furniture in the living room
We enjoyed our stay in the apartment - very clean and well equipped. The air conditioning was much appreciated. The location was good as we felt part of authentic Granada. Good local shops for food - baker, greengrocer, fishmonger and butcher. Felt like London when I was a child 40 years ago!
This new apartment has quality finishes selected by its architect-owner, a well-equipped, spacious kitchen, a very quiet bedroom with comfortable bed, a tastefully-furnished living/dining area, and a lovely, wisteria-covered terrace. Nothing more needed! It is also very well-located for the Alhambra and other sites, and its owner is charming and helpful. The flowers and fruit that greeted us set the tone for our visit. We'll be back!
This is the finest holiday apartment we have had the pleasure of enjoying in our many years of travels. The apartment is beautifully outfitted with everything you might want (comfortable beds, fully outfitted kitchen, flowers over the fireplace, lovely dining room table, sizable and comfortable living room with comfortable armchairs and couch and good sound system and TV, excellent bathroom with perfect shower. The entire flat has an exquisite attention to details of design and comfort. The location is excellent with easy access to the Alahambra, good restaurants, a grocery store, and the other necessities of travel. The landlord was most kind and helpful in providing local logistics, maps, and directions, as well as in calling cabs to pick us up when we departed. All in all a top notch experience. We felt safe, coddled, and adored the luxury apartment at a very reasonable cost. We will be back. The availability of the private locked patio is a real plus as well.
Awesome spot - Such a lovely place in an absolutely charming location. The apartment had everything we needed (and more) but still felt like luxury holiday accommodation. Perfect - good value, too.
